    Hi:
    I paid a one year support. Are these customizations included?

    I think links appears when you print a page is a bit ugly. If you say to me what files I need to edit, I could try to make that changes.

    Yes, you’ve paid. Support doesn’t means we do your full customization. But we’ve given our Clients Best Support they could. As I remember I’ve given you lots of support with customizations.
    We’ve few supports on pipeline. Your customizations will take few times.
    If you can wait 2-3 days then I can fix your problems. Let me know.
