I am unable to activate my copy of Visual Composer. It keeps saying the update failed. Also, the Visual Composer does not launch. When I click on the button to launch it, it just hangs on the loading page. I purchased this theme because it said the Visual Composer was included. It appears that the only way to receive premium features of Visual Composer is to purchase a separate license. Because I do not have a direct license I have to wait on you, the WordPress theme author, to update Visual Composer on your side and push it to me. I am not a happy customer.

I have deleted the Visual Composer plugin and reinstalled it. I am still getting a message to activate my copy of Visual Composer. The Visual Composer frontend editor still does not launch. It hangs on the loading page.
Maybe YOU need to activate your copy of Visual Composer and push the update to me. Just a thought. I am still not a happy customer.
FYI-I have tried to view it on Mozilla, Safari and Google Chrome.

The Front end editor for the Visual Composer is not working. Please see the attached screenshot. I am working on the Home page. http://theafiyacenter.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=1947&action=edit
Visual Composer will not launch when I click on Frontend Editor. I was told i could have the Coming Soon page active while I work on the website in the background. I can only see the backend.
This theme was oversold on features and benefits I will not have access to unless I buy my own license for Visual Composer. Very bad business.
I also paid for extended support which make me even madder.

Ahh, you’re trying to load Homepage on Frontend. Homepage on frontend will not work properly also take lots of times to load because there are many sections on Homepage also all scripts and styles are loading. No theme with Visual Composer compatibility will work like this.
Please only click “Edit” on very first link on backend, not “Edit with visual composer” . This is the best way to manage. Please take a try and see the Output of your Homepage.

That does not make any sense. Visual Composer works on some pages but not the Home page. You do realize this is a one page responsive theme? Technically its supposed to be one page, the HOME page.
I paid for features AND support that I am not getting. And your “work a rounds” are bad for customer service.
I am extremely angry.

I Got it. Give me few moments. I’m fixing this right now.

I can now see the Visual Composer from the frontend. Thank you.
Now there seems to be another problem.
It appears the the layout is now boxed instead of full width which is how it showed originally. Where do I go the change this setting back?

Glad to know that you like it.
You can change the Page Settings from backend on right side “Templates” from “Page Attributes”. Choose “Default Template” for normal style. There are few Page Templates built in for you.
If you don’t mind please make this topics as resolved 🙂

You need to adjust Revolution slider Settings. If you’re happy with the Position right now. Then I can adjust the Texts for you.
Also, it’s almost 5am here. I’m just awake for you and giving your support whole night. If you allow me then I can sleep. Note down your issues, I will resolve all issues after sleep.

After you fixed the Visual Composer, the layout for my website changed from full width to boxed. Per your instructions, I changed the page template to default style. It is not the same layout as the demo which is the layout I wanted. I want the HOMEPAGE layout to look exactly like the demo looks on Themeforest. I also tried the full width and homepage templates under page attributes. None fixed the issue. Please see the explanation below and attached screenshots.
Default Template: Boxed layout and the team members are not populating in that area. They did before you fixed the visual Composer. See Default Template screenshot
Full Width: The navigation bar disappeared, the team members are not populating in that area (They did before you fixed the visual Composer.) and the contact form alignment changed from centered to left aligned. See Full Width Template screenshot
Homepage Template: Boxed layout and the team members are not populating in that area. They did before you fixed the visual Composer. See Homepage Template screenshot
My final issue is there is at least 100px of extra space between all the sections.
I need to have this website completed by next week. I need these issues to resolved as soon as possible.

If you told me before that you want exactly looks like Demo then I would do that instantly.
I’m already on bed, it’ midnight here. I will do this on very first morning.
