    Hello Jewel Theme,

    i’ve a similar problem like jason with the free version (https://jeweltheme.com/support/topic/collapsed-view/)

    i tried the free version first and decided then to buy the pro version. Free version works fine in collapsed view. Now with the Pro Version every entry is expanded from start on. How can we fix this?

    I used the Plugin for an Intranet Site. So i can’t give you remote access because the site is not availible from the internet.

      why in the world is this marked as private? I just purchased your plugin and am having the exact same issue.

        Hello Robby,
        The word used to marked as private because sometimes I need to access Clients website. Clients are giving website Credentials that’s why the word “marked as private” used because others will not see this message.

    Thanks. The Plugin is now collapsed when loading the page.

    Problem is that i can only open and close the items once. then i can’t open the items anymore (see gif)

    Hello Stadt,
    It shouldn’t me. May be conflicting with any JavaScript on your Theme.
    Will you please try with “Nested FAQ”. Let me know what’s going on.
    If you can live your website then I can make a quick fix.

    Nested FAQ did the Trick. Now it’s working properly. Thanks! 🙂
    Before i used “Custom FAQ”.

    Thanks for Purchasing PRO version of “WP Awesome FAQ” Plugin. Please try with “Nested FAQ”. If your problem isn’t solved. Send your WordPress Admin access, I will solve your problem immediately.
    Let me know first, Do you not want to Expand First FAQ Item?
