    Hi,
    i have installed theme Voix WP 1.2.0 on WordPress 4.8 with demo content.

    When i try to customize the theme using “Voix Options” the changes has no effect:
    – In General Settings, i use Text Logo but the text non displayed
    – In Customization, i change the default orange color with the purple color, but the menu and other(link, button, ecc) remain in orange
    – In Font Section, i change Playfair Display font with Karla, but the font remain Playfair.

    How i can fix this problems?

    Hi Liton,
    when i open the blog from my smartphone in “Mobile version” i see my customizations.

    In the “Desktop version” the customizations are not displayed.

    I think it’s a problem with the responsive css.

    Yes, you can fix this issue with responsive.css file.
    If you cann’t then I will fix this for you.

      If you can fix it’s better,

      did you receive the wp admin credentials??
      do you need the ftp?

    No, I didn’t receive WP Admin access.
    Yes, I need FTP access also.

    Hi,
    can you solve the problem?
    I have a lot of urgency and I haven’t replies from two days,
    if you can’t fix the problem in a short time I will ask for a refund and I will use another theme.
