    Site looks great on desktop, mediocre (but functional, at least) on mobile and an absolute unusable disaster on the iPad. Please address and fix the issue.

    We have tested in iPad2. Didn’t find such issues. Will you please send us few screenshots and your iPad version.

    It’s frozen on the homepage and starts shaking (but always returns to the top of the homepage) when attempting to scroll on ipad4. Popping up the menu button works, but none of the links work.

    Hi Alan,
    We checked again in ipad but there is no frozen thing, all works well. But we still have some transition problem with apple products and we are apologizes for that. We are trying to overcome that issue. For the transition issue it works little slow but don’t stuck anything. If you are using our old version you need to replace the height css property issue like height: 100vh; to height: 64em;. Because apple products doesn’t support the height’s vh css property. Please let us know that which version you are using. You can re-download the new version and checked again.

    Hope you can understand that what i’m trying to say.

      Changing 100vh to 64em didn’t do anything. The site is still completely unusable with the ipad

        Hi Alan,
        You have to change all .cd-block class heights in vh to em on css & responsive. Well if you can’t handle this then send us your ftp details with edit permission we will fix it.

    Your customer service has been excellent and for that I’m thankful and appreciate your work, but the theme has caused too many concerns with my clients and also has troubles functioning smoothly with different browsers. I’ve moved to another theme.

    Alan thanks for you opinion. Some days ago we told you that apple tab/i-Pad products have some problems with this theme they doesn’t work smoothly but don’t stuck/frozen. We are trying to fix this problem but till now didn’t find any solution.
