    Hi,

    I have one page of FAQs which are working fine. The shortcode is:

    [colorful_faq cat=”0″ tag=”0″ order=”ASC” items=”-1″] There is no category set.

    I would like a new and different page with FAQs on a different topic. I have given it an FAQ Category but it is showing on my original page with FAQs – not the new one.

    Then I gave one of my original FAQs an FAQ Category called iug and then changed the shortcode to include iug to see if that would work but no FAQs were shown.

    I am now at a loss as to how I can have a second page of FAQs when the FAQ Categories do not appear to be working though I may have done something wrong.

    Please could advice me on how to solve this ASAP as I am under a time pressure.

      Please send your Admin username and password. Also please don’t forget to send FTP Access in Private Message.

      Cancel – I now understand ! The problem was I was selecting a category but it wasn’t appearing for some unknown reason. It is now working fine.

      Thanks for the help and the great plugin !

      Is there a list of shortcodes and options that I can use please with this plugin.

      Hello Stephen,
      Done it. You didn’t deleted the Shortcode you’ve inserted.
      You’ve lots of unnecessary Plugins installed. It causes your website very slow performance.
