    Awesome FAQ has been working very well for the past 10 months.

    On updating the plug in version to the latest, it no longer works and puts up the message “No FAQ items. Please add some” on the page? I have not changed anything other than a plug in update.

    Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am unable to fix it.

    Hello i’ve just update your plugin and have the same problem (“No FAQ Items. Please add some Items”).

    I’ve found solution( i hope it will help you to fix ):
    Comment this :

    and uncomment this:

    This plugin no longer works. Please post information asap as to whether users should wait for a fix or find an alternative. When the plugin did work it was great.

    I upgraded to 4.1.1 to see if that helped but it’s still not showing. Any ideas? Desperate!

    Found a fix:

    I had on the page that displays my FAQ accordion this: [faq]

    Now I have to use: [faq cat_id=”18″]
    (get this from the “FAQ Categories” page. Simply copy and paste to your page to replace the previous shortcode)

    I then had to go through each FAQ I had created already to add them back in to the category. Just click the Quick Edit on a post, check the category you want and click Update.

    Hope that helps someone 😉

    Excellent Barry. That solved the problem for me.

    Having data from an old version and the re-installing the plugin with the new category system, left them all without a category and my page needed the new [faq cat_id=”x″] tag.

    I had the same problem after adding the category again everything turned well. But the Faq titles are displayed in a giant corps, how can i adjust it to a smaller corps? website http://www.foodbag.be Thx for your feedback.

    I didn’t see any FAQ elements on your website. Will you please indicate the specific sections on your website where the FAQ elements contains.
