    Hello!

I’ve installed the plugin, following all the instructions, but it does not appear on my page. I’ve created some FAQs, and into the text of my page I wrote “[faq]”. When I load the page it just displays the text [faq] and not the plugin.
I have WP 4.3.1 Did I miss any other requirements that need to be installed before the plugin can be used?

    Thanks!

    Hello Vsl,
There is nothing special requirements to use this Plugin. It should work. Please send your Website Address, Admin credentials in Private Message.

Sorry about that. Maybe I could send them to your email? I did not find how I can send a PM.

Hello. I am having the same problem, I don’t see a resolution made yet? Can you help me pleasE?
I will not send you my admin credentials. Surely there is another way for you to help someone with this plugin without their login info.
    Thanks

      Hello creativsamiam,
Without seeing anything I cann’t do anything for you. If you don’t share your credentials, it’s okay. But if you just “Plugin Not Working”, there’s no solution for this !!!
This way I cann’t help you without seeing the real scenario there.
      Thanks
