    Hello,

    I bought theme a-team for wordpress. After the installation i saw a problem with menu on my telephone and on the commputer (in very small window of web browser). When the menu change to one button it doesn’t work. You can’t clink on it and doesn’t work. How to fix this problem?

    Then it would be nice, WHICH fix you applied that the mobile menu is working.
    Actually, your theme is broken.
    No mobile menu available.
    Even not in your demo.

    To see this your own, use Chrome, developer tools, switch to mobile view.

    nope, definitively not.

    Did you read: mobile menu broken.

    So, there is no information in the documentation
    (at least not in the docs you provide at themeforest)

    We’ve fixed the problem when we’ve got first Support for Mobile menu. Latest version is on ThemeForest now.
    Fixing Menu stylesheet shouldn’t be include on Documentation.
    Anyway, as our Support Manager asked you for Screenshot or Live Scenario, you should provide it. Either how we will help you?
    It seems to me that you’ve a great programmer. You should understand the situation.

    Hello dear support,

    what is unclear with: MOBILE MENU NOT WORKING
    You click on it, it doesn’t collapse.

    Dead easy.

    There is no need for a screenshot.
    You can try it yourself with latest Chrome on your own website.
    Also with mobile phones.
    Mobile navigation shows 3 bars, you click on them, not working.

    Strange…

    Yesterday the menu was broken on your demo site, today it is working.
    Are there any external dependencies in this theme???
    (i always try with desktop, tablet AND mobile phone, clearing cache…)

    We don’t used Older Browsers? When we released our product without testing on mobile and other supportive devices.

    Why you didn’t give us a clue or screenshot or live example?

    When we released a product we check everything. The menu problem topic stared by Darek and it’s fault because he remove the collapsed class from menu and we fixed that.

    What do you mean with “collapsed class”?
    Do i have do add additional info when creating a menu?

    Sorry, but think about what you writing.
    I send you a screenshot where the menu is just 3 bars?
    What does this help you in this special case? Exactly, nothing.

    MUCH BETTER NOW, but if you are on the blog/news site (where all articles are listed), there is NO menu now 🙁
