I’ve started with a new WordPress installation and only installed the plugins the Elevation theme required me to, including a $34 plugin (Visual Composer) and the site doesn’t load correctly:
Switching to any other theme works, the site displays normally. Any ideas?

I deactivated all plugins and then activated one by one. The culprit is Redux Framework. I did not choose this (or any other) of the plugins, elevation prompted for them. Please advise.

Thanks, but we already bought it. The important issue is with the Redux Framework plugin, the site doesn’t load correctly when that plugin is activated. Can you please assist or advise?

I need to see the scenario. Please send your WP Admin Access in Private Message.
I will take a look at this.

There’s no issue with Redux Framework. It’s needed for this Theme. The main problem was our Framework name is “Candor Framework” and somehow it’s showing a wrong plugin Update Notice “Ebor Framework”. And you’ve updated it, new update removed our Candor Framework which is must needed Plugin.
This is the main reason. I’ve updated everything. Now, it’s working fine. No problem at all. Update version is also available on ThemeForest.

Great, thanks for working that out. It’s important to keep WP plugins up to date for security reasons, so of course, I updated them all. Sorry doing so caused a problem somehow. Thanks for your help.

You’re right. But “Ebor Framework” was conflicting with our Plugin. We’ve fixed this issue. No problem now.

Thanks again, as I started with what the hosting company considers a fresh WP install and introduced zero plugins by choice, to minimize problems. Stil, I found it a bit tricky and so appreciate your help. Was Ebor Framework not installed by your plugin? I’m not clear on this. I’m helping a non-profit on a volunteer basis and used their hosting company’s one click installer instead of uploading and installing myself (the only way to truly assure a vanilla install).
I know it must be hard to keep up with theme dependencies, but it would be nice if you kept installation instructions somewhere. Do you have this? I’m a technical person, but in the case of WP themes/plugins, it’s all custom stuff, so you’re either experienced with them or not. Just enumerating which plugins your theme is expected to use, some post-activation steps to take to assure the theme is configured correctly and dependent plugins are working, common issues, etc in a doc would certainly save you a good few support requests.

We’re really struggling to fix this issue with Ebor Framework. This isn’t our Plugin. Our Plugin name is “Candor Framework”.
After Installing Elevation Theme, from Plugin notice Install required Plugins. But the problem is, after Installing “Candor Framework”, it’s showing Update Notice. We’ve discussed with TGM Activation Plugin Team but we couldn’t get any proper solution for this. Still, we’re trying to fix this issue.
Yes, you’re right about Online Instructions. We’ve http://docs.jeweltheme.com/ for our Theme Documentation. We’ll include Elevation by next week with proper instructions. We’ve attached “Documentation” file with the Theme Package. You may take a look.
Thanks for your valuable suggestions. If you face any problems then please feel free to knock me. I will try my level best.
