In this General Settings option, you can define where you want to show the author bio box. If you need to show this box on the post then select post, if need page then select page. Finally, if you need to both post and page then just select both options. You will see another option named Avatar Size, default is 100 but you can increase it or decrease it with your Theme Typography.
